Job Summary

Leads strategic programs that shape the evolution of EMS services and delivery models. Partners with senior stakeholders to define service frameworks, enable global consistency, and drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes, revenue growth, and operational maturity.


Responsibilities

Manage the tactical execution of service strategy programs across EMS

Collaborate with architecture and implementation teams to define readiness criteria for new services

Support the development of enablement services and global implementation methodologies

Monitor and report on service adoption, churn, and customer maturity metrics

Contribute to the automation of dashboards and QBR reports to support proactive service management

Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities across EMS and adjacent functions

Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve service scalability and operational efficiency

Skills & Attributes

Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans​

Deep understanding of Digital and technology​

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making​

Skilled facilitator and influencer across technical and non-technical audiences​

Outcome oriented with strong business acumen​

Collaborative leader who builds trust and drives alignment​

Superior communication and interpersonal skills​

Experience of performance metrics and reporting​

Ability to influence change across large organizations​

Deep understanding of business and IT strategy alignment

What we’ll expect from you

Fluent English required

Solid experience in IT Services industry, IT leadership, or transformation roles​

Proven success driving alignment, execution, and measurable progress on enterprise initiatives​

Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in relevant field such as Computer Science, Business or Information Systems
