Who are we?

Equinix is the world’s digital infrastructure company®, shortening the path to connectivity to enable the innovations that enrich our work, life and planet.

A place where bold ideas are welcomed, human connection is valued, and everyone has the opportunity to shape their future.

A career at Equinix means being at the center of shaping what comes next and amplifying customer value through innovation and impact. You’ll work across teams, influence key decisions, and help shape the path forward. You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.

Job Summary

Equinix is looking for a Senior Manager of Solution Marketing to join our global Product and Solution Marketing team and lead the development of high-impact content that positions Equinix as the definitive voice in digital infrastructure, AI, and cloud interconnection. This is not a traditional content role — it's equal parts domain expert, storyteller, and content producer. You'll translate complex technical narratives into compelling thought leadership across written, video, and audio formats, speaking credibly to the architects, engineers, and executives shaping the future of enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

You'll own the end-to-end content production lifecycle for thought leadership programs tied to Equinix's core product and solution narratives. That means developing and producing long-form assets like white papers, executive briefs, and technical guides, but also taking those ideas into video series, podcast content, webinars, and multimedia storytelling. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Demand Generation, and Field teams to ensure content is rooted in real buyer insight, mapped to specific industry verticals and personas, and built to perform across the funnel.

You'll also serve as an internal subject matter resource — someone who keeps pace with the market conversation around AI infrastructure, hybrid multicloud, network fabric, and data center strategy, and can quickly translate emerging topics into content that feels timely, authoritative, and differentiated.

Qualifications

You have 8+ years of content marketing or product marketing experience, with meaningful time spent in the data center, cloud, networking, or AI infrastructure space — not as a generalist, but as someone who has gone deep. You can write a technically credible white paper on interconnection latency and then help script and produce a video that makes the same concept accessible to a VP of Infrastructure. You're comfortable in front of a camera or a mic, and you've either produced or closely directed video and audio content in a B2B context.

You understand the difference between content that educates and content that converts, and you build with both goals in mind. You have experience collaborating with product marketing to develop messaging, and you know how to build a content strategy that supports a full demand generation program — not just generate deliverables.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of content marketing experience in B2B technology, with domain expertise in data center, cloud, networking, or AI infrastructure

  • Proven track record producing thought leadership content across multiple formats: long-form written, video, podcast/audio, and webinar

  • Strong technical fluency — you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to write and speak credibly to technical enterprise audiences

  • Experience working within or alongside a Product Marketing and Technical Marketing function, with an understanding of how messaging, positioning, and content intersect

  • Demonstrated ability to manage content production end-to-end, including working with designers, videographers, and external agencies or freelancers

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related technical field; advanced degree a plus

Why This Role

You'll sit at the intersection of product storytelling and content production, with the platform, audience, and subject matter to do genuinely consequential work. The digital infrastructure conversation — around AI workloads, cloud strategy, and global connectivity — is one of the most important in enterprise technology right now. You'll be the person helping Equinix lead it.
