Job Summary
The Lead-to-Cash (LTC) Sr. Program Manager, will join a high-impact team, in DIO-CRO, accountable and responsible for managing a cross-functional portfolio, individually having strategic and operational program management responsibilities for Equinix’s LTC strategic initiatives. The LTC Sr. PM is responsible for initiatives driving continuous improvement and transformation to our lead management, opportunity & quote management, pricing & product operations, technical sales operations, service delivery orchestration, financial management, partner operations, and corresponding systems enablement functions, required to support the sales organization.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in SAFe framework, and will have a proven track record of managing global teams and executing large-scale Agile projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills in JIRA and Confluence, as well as deep domain knowledge in sales, marketing, order management, and customer care within a global enterprise environment.

This is an office-flexible role. In office expectations are 2+days/week to support customers and/or

collaborate with their teams.

Guides and advises LTC scrum team to complete their projects and is responsible for ensuring that agile standards/methodologies are followed.

Responsibilities
People Management

  • Lead, motivate, and champion cross-functional project team members to ensure alignment, collaboration, and delivery against program goals

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability

  • Provide day-to-day direction and support to team members contributing to program outcomes

Planning

  • Develop comprehensive program plans including scope, schedule, budget, and key milestones

  • Define and drive strategic planning efforts aligned to Lead-to-Cash (LTC) transformation objectives

  • Contribute to enterprise operating plan initiatives and long-term roadmap development

  • Participate in SAFe Program Increment (PI) planning to define goals, initiatives, capabilities, and epics

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership (VP+) and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Partner closely with technology program leadership, business SMEs, product teams, and change/enablement teams

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on program priorities and outcomes

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and PMO partners

Communications

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders

  • Provide regular, transparent updates on program status, risks, and achievements

  • Facilitate Project Core Team meetings to drive decision-making and execution

  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization

Risk Management

  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate program risks and issues

  • Drive dependency management across cross-functional teams

  • Escalate risks appropriately and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success

Program Delivery

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs within scope, schedule, and budget

  • Ensure successful execution of process, policy, data, and AI technology transformation initiatives

  • Maintain accountability for timely delivery and achievement of program outcomes

  • Support business readiness and activation across the LTC program

Resource Management

  • Coordinate and align resources across multiple teams and workstreams

  • Drive accountability for resource commitments and delivery timelines

  • Support prioritization and allocation of work based on business impact and capacity

Program Management Frameworks

  • Apply Agile (SAFe) methodologies, including Program Increment (PI) planning and execution

  • Establish and maintain program governance, processes, and best practices

  • Leverage data insights to inform decision-making and measure program success

  • Identify root causes, develop business cases, and recommend prioritized solutions

  • Continuously improve program management practices, processes, and policies

Qualifications

  • 15+ years’ experience preferred of complex project management (technical implementations, process innovation, standardization & simplification), preferably in a business operations capacity

  • Deep subject matter expertise of Lead to Cash business processes based on relevant front-line experience and/or experience transforming and implementing Lead to Cash processes and technologies

  • Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies

  • Solution oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical business functions to overcome obstacles and guide others towards a unified path forward

  • Ability to define goals and metrics, develop actionable plans, and manage work to achieve desired outcomes while operating at a sense of urgency and fostering the same in others

  • Ability to assess situations and make decisions in a systematic and decisive manner

  • Effectively uses data as a tool for decisions and is able to illustrate solutions or impact that is easily understood by stakeholders

  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings and styles. Build trusting relationships, credibility, and use strong communication and influence skills to partner effectively with stakeholders to improve decision-making and business outcomes

  • Deep understanding of how to work directly with a large number of cross-functional stakeholders and drive teams with differing perspectives & methodologies in a unifying direction to improve decision-making and business outcomes

  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a rapidly changing environment.

  • Maintains a positive outlook and motivates/champions self and team members in the midst of stresses and tensions of a high profile area

  • Ability to point to specific examples of having managed large, cross-functional transformation projects, program development and the business results achieved

  • Accountability – assumes ownership for achieving personal and team goals

  • Experience with Project Management tools a plus (SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence)

  • Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
