Job Summary:
This role will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of capabilities to manage resource hierarchies, including organization and project management, asset governance, self-service operations, and unified platform experiences.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, customer success, and sales to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy to support customer needs for hierarchical resource management and granular access control.
- Envision, design, and develop the best possible customer experience and incorporates the voice of the customer into the product roadmap
- Own the roadmap for core components including organization management, self-service operations, asset management, and governance APIs.
- Lead initiatives to onboard colocation products (e.g., cross connects, cabinets) for unified asset management.
- Drive convergence of customer-facing portals into a single unified experience for CSMs, CEs, and end customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to decouple dependencies from legacy systems and streamline workflows (e.g., novation automation).
- Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and support data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with customer success and engineering to deliver scalable self-service capabilities that reduce support tickets and manual effort.
- Collaborates with engineers, designers and others to create a shared vision and clear goals for the product, including a well-defined product roadmap
- Defines metrics that will be used to inform product success and help drive user experience improvements
- Designs product training curriculum; leads cross-functional trainings and meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or IAM systems.
- Experience with colocation, network infrastructure, or telecom products.
- Proven track record of delivering complex platform features involving APIs, UI, and backend systems.
- Strong understanding of hierarchical data models, role-based access control, and asset management.
- Familiarity with customer success workflows and partner ecosystems.
- Experience with platform convergence and portal unification initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive product decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
