The Data Analytics Manager is an Expert Level Role responsible for driving high-impact, data-driven insights and business analysis to optimize enterprise operations and strategic decision-making. Leveraging deep expertise in data analysis, business process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, this role delivers actionable outcomes across business functions. While primarily focused on technical excellence and cross-functional influence, the role includes team management responsibilities to guide and support small analytics teams or project-based contributors. 

This role is in a Flexible Hybrid Set-up with 2x a week Onsite Expectations in Equinix Hub at Glas Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Key Responsibilities 

Data Exploration and Insights 

• Analyze complex datasets from enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, financial platforms) to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. 

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance performance across functions like marketing, sales, or operations. 

Business Analysis and Process Optimization 

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. 

• Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and stakeholder needs. 

Advanced Reporting and Visualization 

• Design and deliver sophisticated ad hoc and scheduled reports, incorporating visualizations to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. 

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support real-time decision-making across enterprise functions. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations) to clarify requirements and scope analytics projects. 

• Present complex insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, enabling data-informed strategic decisions. 

Analytics Consulting 

• Provide expert guidance to business leaders on data interpretation, visualization techniques, and leveraging insights for strategic initiatives. 

• Support stakeholders in presenting data-driven findings and addressing complex business questions effectively. 

Data Audit and Quality Assurance 

• Perform periodic audits of data within enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards. 

• Implement processes to maintain high data quality standards and resolve discrepancies, ensuring reliable analytics outputs. 

Enterprise Optimization 

• Drive business outcomes through analytics, optimizing areas such as customer segmentation, supply chain efficiency, or financial forecasting. 

• Support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations to improve revenue, cost efficiency, or customer engagement. 

• Optimize and curate existing datasets for predictive analytics and data modelling 

Team Management  

• Guide and support small analytics teams or project-based contributors, providing technical direction and ensuring alignment with project goals. 

• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance analytical capabilities, with minimal direct supervisory responsibilities. 

Qualifications 

Experience 

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or business analysis, with a proven track record as an expert contributor in enterprise environments. 

• 1–2 years of experience in team management or project leadership, guiding small teams or contributors in analytics projects. 

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering actionable insights across functions. Significant exposure on Sales Functions is a plus. 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Technical Skills 

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (required). 

• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and querying data from enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle). 

• Experience with business intelligence frameworks, statistical tools, or process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) is a plus. 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for enterprise data integration.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, business-focused recommendations. 

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on driving measurable business impact.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering, or operational optimization in enterprise settings. 

• Background in delivering analytics solutions for cross-functional business units in fast-paced, tech-driven organizations. 

• Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). 

• Familiarity with predictive analytics or statistical modeling for business insights.
