We are now looking for our next Cloud Computing Manager to join and lead our strong team for our outstanding data centres.
What you will do
You will be the main point of contact for their area of responsibility. Responsible for building relationships with local multi-functional peers
You will engage in customer critical issues as needed
Responsible for driving and improving customer happiness scores for their overall team
You will understand changing business needs from multi-functional teams and identify impacts to the team
You will run to agreed upon critical metrics
You will comprehend business goals and running direct reports to meet business outcomes
You will develop and empower team members and gets results
You will help to define or refine processes. Will also recommend/propose solutions for systemic process-related problems and identify areas for improvement
You may act as driver for process development and implementation of new or existing processes impacting GSD
You will review process and procedure documentation
Is able to advise on communication requirements and improves the team's communications standards. Will work with the team to think more broadly or more passionate about consistent communications as and when required
You will encourage the direct team on risk and issue management and the appropriate levels of control. Will support the team on the resolution of called out issues
Responsible for headcount forecasting and partnering with workforce management team to plan and travel & training budget for direct team
You will lead and supervise projects from start to completion (e.g., sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project, conducts meetings)
What you should have
Bachelor degree in IT field
A consistent record of leading and mentoring IT teams in environments of critical solutions
Expertise with various technologies in a multidisciplinary role
Experience in operations/migration for public Cloud
Solid experience with cloud virtualization (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform)
Experience in managing team
What is a differential if you have
DevOps tools (Ansible, Puppet, Docker, Jira, Git or Terraform)
