- Conduct water sampling, temperature monitoring, and chemical dosing across commercial sites.
- Perform clean and disinfection of water systems including tanks, calorifiers, and cooling towers.
- Carry out TMV servicing, endoscopic inspections, and mains injection chlorination works.
- Maintain site logbooks and ensure documentation is compliant.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to schedule works and report issues.
- Identify faults and recommend remedial actions to ensure system integrity.
- Support Legionella risk assessments and compliance audits.
- Work with contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams to ensure systems are built and maintained to specification.
- Engage with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to secure approvals and manage code compliance.
- Provide training, documentation, and technical support to operations teams.
- Experience in water treatment design, engineering, or compliance servicing.
- Proven experience with water hygiene regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Water Quality Association Certified Treatment Designer.
- Legionella awareness training and certified risk assessor.
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Confined space training or CSCS card.
- BOAS or water chemistry qualifications.
- Experience in acid descaling of boilers, towers, and condensers
