Job Summary:

Strategic and transformational leader responsible for the identification, qualification and execution of integrated technology offerings with key technology partners, enabling our ability to capitalize on joint GTM and technology integration opportunities that extend our portfolio, drive differentiation in the market, and accelerate revenue growth through joint GTM motions. This leader will be accountable to the lifecycle of integrated offerings, orchestrating across key stakeholders and with technology partners to ensure agreement and execution of joint plans - from concept and design to integration roadmap, testing, launch, enablement and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable joint value: thought leader responsible for sourcing joint opportunities with top technology partners, delivering integrated strategies and solutions that enable AT and BY capabilities that shape how technology partners leverage and consume our products and services
  • Lead identification of strategic growth plan with top technology partners: key relationship manager with top technology partners, responsible for identifying and qualifying integrated offering opportunities, creating the business case, securing strategic agreements to proceed, and defining joint business plans
  • Determine viability of joint solutions: responsible for navigating product integration capabilities to unlock joint offer possibilities
  • Coordinates end-to-end execution of integrated offerings: shepherd execution of integrated offering through joint development framework - from opportunity identification and scoping, documentation of joint offer, joint test strategies with the partner to validate, commercialization, aligning and coordinating with GTM teams on launch, ongoing partnership planning and enablement of post-sales support organizations
  • Internal advocate for technology partners: partner and act as liaison among Sales, Product, Solutions, etc. to enable ongoing strategic solution development that prioritizes customer integration needs to deliver against demand; accountable for coordinating the resolution of technical issues across the partnership
  • Lifecycle management of integrated offerings: responsible for the management and maintenance of the integrated offering, from inception through to design, development, sales, and enablement of post-sales support organizations, leads documentation of the joint offer and roadmap integration plan, joint test strategies with partner to validate, enablement of post-sales support organizations
  • Secure resources to enable and execute on joint development opportunities: clearly articulate and secure executive alignment on the joint business case for prioritization, return, alignment and resourcing needed 
  • Identify, build and codify best practices and scalable, repeatable frameworks and processes: build, define and consistently leverage consumable recurring joint development processes and frameworks to enable joint offer development at scale and with greater simplicity
  • Lead orchestration of technology partner and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver joint offerings and value: work across organizational boundaries, seamlessly navigating complex organizational dynamics, priorities and resourcing to deliver joint solutions.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 15+ years demonstrated track record enabling revenue growth and joint GTM motions through successful technology integration efforts, SaaS space preferred
  • Adept at creating and sustaining strategic technology partner relationships, driving solution product management, architecture, and engineering, and aligning and coordinating with go-to-market teams to accelerate new business
  • Proven expertise conceptualizing customer-centric solutions, establishing strategic agreements with key partners, executing against joint development frameworks and lifecycle management of integrated offerings
  • Deep technical expertise and experience defining and designing APIs, SDKs and partner technical certification programs
  • Strong commercial know-how and ability to envision new market opportunities
  • Experience and a systemic approach to establishing repeatable and scalable processes that support effective orchestration across a diverse, multi-stakeholder ecosystem
  • A thorough understanding of Equinix’s customers, partners, our offerings and their capabilities, competitive landscape and market opportunities
  • Experience with recurring revenue, enabling scale of sell-through motions with joint offerings, solution selling, and enabling platforms for B2B

Skills and Attributes:

  • Highly effective in identifying, articulating and solutioning through complex business, organizational, and technical challenges
  • Core understanding of software engineering requirements and real-world experience developing joint solutions
  • Ability to anticipate and plan for operational support of offers created
  • Adept at effectively navigating complex and matrixed organizations
  • Exceptional ability to gain strategic agreement with C-level executives, customers and partners, cultivating deep relationships internally and externally to deliver joint value
  • Articulates a compelling case for action, aligning and mobilizing cross functional teams to execution, following through and holding team and stakeholders accountable for results
  • High degree of business maturity, flexibility, and the urgency and instincts to adapt to a high-energy, dynamic environment characterized by high growth expectations and a collaborative culture
