Job Summary: Supports the technical strategy plans for partners.
This role is vital for current day-today operations of the Partner Programs (Startup, OSS, Ecosystem) to continue to grow and scale. Technical follow-through of created solutions in a large-scale ecosystem of partners and startups. Providing strategic business value to our platform business and all Equinix partners. High visibility for events, business leadership, and customer opportunities.
Lead for technical partner solutions, enabling partners to succeed on our platform.
Technical discovery of partner technology, including sharing & documenting best practices.
Ownership and project management of partner integrations and deployments. As well as supporting the documentation process for global consumption.
Collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and enablement stakeholders.
Communication of partner integrations for internal and external public events.
Functioning as an SME and advisor for Equinix Metal.
Relationship management for technical/engineering parts of our business as needed to successfully support the partner team.
Has knowledge of best practices and how partner technology integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate major software deployments.
Solving complex technical solutions for partners and has high-level understanding of developer solutions and infrastructure technology.
Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.
Who You Are
You have experience with cloud, networking, DevOps and IT infrastructure.
You are an excellent communicator.
You are detail oriented; you hate leaving things unanswered.
You enjoy finding interesting and creative ways of getting everyone to yes.
You have a confirmed ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
Your strategic approach enables you to prioritize and make tradeoffs.
You know your way around software tools and service provider deployments.
You like distilling complex situations into their essence.
5+ years experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $77,000 – $108,000 per year with 15% bonus target.
