Partner with HRBPs, HR COEs, and business leaders to develop and execute on strategic workforce plans that incorporate business needs, assess talent gaps and leverages tools to model mitigation plans through scenario planning.
Consult with the business to solve and/or mitigate current and anticipated workforce challenges, proactively identify the critical workforce requirements necessary to execute strategic business plans.
Lead and facilitate workforce planning initiatives in partnership with HRBPs including, but not limited to, critical role/capability identification, environmental scanning, gap analysis, risk analysis, and action planning.
Apply a strong understanding of external macro-economic and human capital data and trends that may impact future structures and workforce composition.
Understand the internal and external talent landscape and how they impact the development of strategic workforce plans; provide a comprehensive view via data and analytics considering all relevant factors
Partner with workforce analytics to influence operational requirements to gain insights into critical workforce areas; including using predictive analytics to identify key talent trends internally that can be used to mitigate against unwanted turnover, identify critical roles and skills that will drive long-term workforce actions, and quantify the ROI of the workforce plans developed.
Become an expert in a few business functions and serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for HRBPs in the development of functional strategic workforce plans.
Continuously measure and assess progress against existing workforce plans to ensure practical business alignment and exhibit the ability to lead cross-functional projects in the design of alternative approaches.
Partner with Talent Acquisition organization to provide insights into external talent market conditions; collaborate with Talent Management and HR Business Partners to support and monitor critical talent development needs.
Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis, SWOT and PEST analysis as appropriate in building out the context and providing insight when partnering HR Business Partners.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, HR Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or similar is strongly preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in Organizational Enablement, with 2 years of experience in Strategic Workforce Planning required.
Strong Strategic Workforce Planning background with a record of delivering excellent results in a complex, global organization with an effective track record of deployment optimization.
Experience leading and developing projects and change programs which impact an entire organization preferred.
Success in working effectively at executive levels to impact and influence decision making.
Consulting and problem-solving skills with a track record of success collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in global, matrixed organizations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information concisely to a variety of audiences.
Strong skillset in people analytics and in-depth understanding of labor trends and data.
Experience of building relevant dashboards, reports and scenario planning exercises using Power BI, Tableau or other specific tools such as OrgVue, Anaplan or others desirable.
Comfortable interpreting and explaining insights from statistical models for non-technical audiences.
Comfortable with ambiguity and building something brand new.

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $98K- $132K per year with 20% bonus target.
