The Equinix EMEA Talent Acquisition team are looking for a HR & Finance Recruitment Specialist based in our office in London or Amsterdam. This role will work closely with the local management team, as well as the wider EMEA and Global Talent Acquisition and HR function. We are looking for a motivated team player who is looking to work for a global leading organisation which is going through unprecedented growth. This role is suited to someone looking to bring innovative solutions to how we go to market to build pipeline as well as develop our Employer Brand across the region. This role will work closely with their peers across the region supporting 16 countries and will be involved in developing Equinix's direct sourcing strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment, including guiding and facilitating the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. You will be instrumental in driving Equinix's Talent Acquisition Strategy in EMEA, as well as delivering resourcing policies, framework and processes and driving constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.

Responsibilities
 

  • Building sourcing strategies for HR & Finance roles based across EMEA
  • Building strong network within the HR & Finance talent pool across the region
  • Work as an advocate to drive diversity hiring and create an inclusive working environment
  • Act as an Equinix Ambassador to promote Equinix as an employer of choice and develop our Employer brand
  • Facilitation of Interview Process
  • Screens resumes and recommend candidates to recruiter for further screening
  • Consult and offer guidance to hiring managers on the Hiring Process - with direction from others - to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
  • Reporting on hiring activity to management team and wider EMEA TA team
  • Facilitating Offer and Start process
  • Partnering with HR Services to move candidate to onboarding process
  • Negotiate offer by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
  • Manages candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate
  • Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards and ensure they are followed during the hiring and onboarding processes

Requirements
 

  • Strong Specialist recruitment experience supporting a HR and/or Finance function
  • Business acumen with strong influencing skills and the ability to partner and advise senior stakeholders
  • An interest in Talent Branding and building our employer brand across the region
  • Ideally pan-EMEA recruiting experience (desirable)
  • Strong data analytics skills and the ability to use data to drive business decisions
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills to business leaders
