Job Summary: Plans and performs the Strategic Sourcing Strategy for the region and design, direct and implement the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice while enhancing DI&B representation and hiring experience. This position will act as a key partner to Talent Acquisition leadership, globally to identify industry best-practices and globally consistent processes, anchored on getting results and outcomes that are aligned with our company and team priorities and initiatives.

Leadership
You will be at the heart of an encouraging and forward-thinking greenfield Strategic Sourcing team who strive to do things differently and work together to address sophisticated problems.

Act as point of contact for the business on strategic sourcing initiatives, employer branding in sourcing strategy build, results on activity, partnership opportunities
Provide regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress
Run partnership with a matrixed team to work optimally, ensures workload is balanced; driving understanding of team strengths- mapping talent, accordingly
Guiding
Offers oversight across the countries and ensures that policies and processes are aligned to overall Global Talent Acquisition strategy
Responsible for the delivery of high quality and cost effective Talent Acquisition solutions
Delivers highly proactive Talent Acquisition activities, working collaboratively to deliver positive change
Builds strong relationships with most senior leaders
Directs others on the importance of the selection and hiring process
Leads or supports a range of Talent Acquisition projects in accordance with the HR delivery plan, driving positive change in line with the strategic direction of Equinix; making impact to drive diversity in hiring, fair and equitable processes and visibility in to Equinix as a community partner to the markets we serve
Strategy
Owns the strategic resourcing efforts to include In-house, direct sourcing recruitment team for hires; Market Mapping, Community Building, Event Curation and Attendance, Employee Engagement with connection networks
Plays a senior role in organizational development and change programs, leading deployment including delivery of sourcing plan
Shows full understanding of the business strategy of the client group and defines resulting talent acquisition implications
Creates sourcing strategy to deliver upon OKRs and team needs
Emphasis on partnership with Talent Marketing, New-to-Career and Pathways programs (non-traditional hiring channels)
Data-driven Insights
Accountable for data, metrics and KPIs across functions, in partnership and alignment with functional and regional leadership and DI&B strategy
Qualifications
7+ years experience preferred
Bachelor degree. Master's preferred
For CO residents: In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for this role is $101K – $142K per year with 20% bonus target.
