Analyzes all aspects of day-to-day cash Management operations e.g. banking relationships, account structure, fee Management, ongoing monitoring of policies and procedures
Positions daily cash and recommends funding where needed
Analyzes banking activities and provides recommendation to support decision making
Partners with various internal Partners to resolve day-to-day queries
Works closely with Client Support team from the bank on projects or identified issues
Participates and supports various Treasury led projects
Develops and analyzes periodic reports with key Treasury information to support Management decision
Drives SOX compliance processes with key Partners and interface with external auditors
Assists with year-end banking confirmation
Updates banking signatories with banks and keep Treasury Management System current
Responsible for the completion of Treasury database
Updates e-banking mandate and assist with the setup of e-banking users Liquidity Planning and Control
Drives monthly cash flow forecasts and determine funding gap for subsidiaries
Develops and generates Management reports and Treasury related processes
Ensures SOX and policy compliance for relevant areas of responsibility
Participates and drives various Treasury led projects
Supports the analysis, structuring and execution of debt and equity transactions
RFI/RFP for new banking partners/services to support new product launch
Maintains Intercompany loan portfolio in Kyriba
Maintains Legal Entity Management SharePoint site/TMS · IC Loan database
Supports monthly Intercompany and FX Netting
Facilitates the issuance of Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Letter of Comfort, Bond, Parental Guarantee, Performance Guarantee, Cash Security etc.
Supports M&A planning and activities
Business partnering with relevant team members and across functions Treasury Accounting
Performs valuation and presentations for investments
Maintain hedge designation documentation for external and internal derivatives
Accounts for debt/equity issuance costs
Monitors compliance with updates to accounting standards applicable to treasury
Supports the SEC reporting team with treasury-related SEC disclosures
Participates in control processes, including trade approval review and SOX
Assist managing Treasury intranet site and automation of treasury processes
2+ years experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred
