As a ServiceNow Lead Engineer, you will analyze business requirements/ functional designs and will work with business teams, BSAs, and other specialists to design systems and application software, mentor junior members of the team.

What you will be doing

· Reviews, analyzes and gives feedback on requirements/functional designs
· Participates in architectural review process
· Designs for larger improvements and projects
· Conducts peer design reviews
· Develops and maintains code for larger enhancements, projects and integrations
· Fixes defects and participates and conducts peer code review
· Follows design and coding standards and processes
· Conducts code performance analysis and tuning
· Develops unit and multi-functional tests, develops test strategies, executes test cases, logs issues, leads issues, recommends testing frameworks and records and runs automated test scripts
· Defines deployment and release guidelines
· Defines and executes environment planning and multi-functional dependencies
· Documents the software configuration management practices and educates multi-functional partners on the process and tools
· Collects, consolidates and maintains inventory of production applications, flows and systems for all the software engineering verticals
· Helps in preparing application support documentation
· Troubleshoots basic application issues with the help of knowledgebase documents
· Status reporting, release management progress updates
· Provides level of effort (LOE)
· Manages assigned development tasks to schedule/plan

What you should have


- Experience in architecting, developing and implementing solutions in ServiceNow
- Experience of leading and handling ServiceNow development teams
- In depth experience in developing strategies, roadmaps, standards and reference architecture/implementation and support of ServiceNow
- Ability to set and effectively communicate ServiceNow strategies, roadmaps, policies and processes 
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Portuguese and English

- Bachelor's degree

What is a differential if you have

- Experience working on agile teams, with squads and aggressive timelines

- ITSM, HPSM, Remedy are also welcome if you are not a ServiceNow specialist
