Job Summary: GRC Solution Architect Engineer to be a part of a Infosec GRC Team. In this role you will help us to design, build and maintain Servicenow GRC platform specialization in automation and integration by focusing on solutions specific to highly automated continuous monitoring through integration. You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment to achieve our goal to ensure continuous assurance.
Familiar with Agile software development methodology and comfortable working with JIRA/Confluence
Maintain technical roadmap, develop architectural plans and implementation playbooks for the ServiceNow GRC platform
Function as technical manager to geographically dispersed ServiceNow development team and be the technical lead implementation partners and vendor relationship management
Ability to perform hands-on configuration and basic development on the ServiceNow GRC platform
Review and translate customer use cases into detailed technical requirements
Handling and configuring access controls, data imports, workflows, UI policies, notifications, reporting, service portal and other functionalities in ServiceNow
Ability to build custom integrations using different protocols such as REST, SOAP, JDBC, FTP, etc. for continuous monitoring of compliance and risks.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with different systems working with REST/SOAP and using Integration Hub
Build reports & dashboards using performance analytics application.
Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions by understanding problems, goals, and requirements
Performing environment/solution testing in support of development activities
Support maintaining the integrity of the ServiceNow system across production and non-production environments
Prepare technical documentation for enhancements and projects,
Establish and enforce release commitments and timelines based on establishing LOE and priority and enhancement requests and scope of what is feasible to be included in each release
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application
Ability to work with senior leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships
Ability to author technical documentation and whitepapers and blogs on leading Cybersecurity topics and concepts
Demonstrate basic understanding of regulatory requirements such as PCI, SOC2, SOX, ISO 27001 & NIST 800-171
5+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related area
3+ years certified as “ServiceNow Certified Application Developer”
ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist (Major plus)
Good technical understanding of the ServiceNow best-practices, knowledge of latest ServiceNow features and familiar with vendor solution ServiceNow marketspace
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-functional team
3+ years of leading ServiceNow development team with good people management skills
Strong communication, analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
