Senior Procurement Specialist

What you will be doing

Contract Management

• Responsible for all relevant documentation execution including contract SOW signature, supplier certification including insurance & ISO documents

• Partners with Legal on the contract lifecycle management

• Works with business partners to develop and agree SOW, business and commercial requirements

• Negotiates contract with suppliers

• Manages business requirements for Order Management

• Initiates supplier on-boarding where applicable in the Source to Pay systems

Procurement Operation & Execution

• Implement and execute supplier management process covering performance, risk, and  compliance management

• Supports selection of new suppliers and conduct RFx

• Be internal customer advocate to address operational issue and support with sense of urgency

What you should have

• Advanced English

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline such as Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, Project Management Professional (PMP), Business legal, or Engineering;

• Experience in contract management and operation;

• Advanced English.

What is a differential if you have

• Advanced Spanish;
• Experience in construction, telecom, utility infrastructure or data center;
• Experience in cost management, supply chain management, contract management;
• Knowledge in Coupa or Smartsheet systems.
