What is your role about?
As the Channel Sales Operations Sr. Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Director, Channel Sales Operations.
This role is a critical one within the Global Sales Operations team where you will be the point person for the VP of Channel Sales for APAC. You will work closely with the APAC Sales Operations teams to develop and enhance reporting, systems, and processes for the Channel Sales team. You will manage one permanent team member to help support these goals. As part of a Global Sales Operations team you can influence global process and be responsible for driving global processes, systems and reporting to enable our Channel Sales Team.

Would you like to be creative in setting up new processes for APAC Channel Sales teams and the Global Sales Operations organization? The Channel Sales Operations Sr Manager is responsible for Channel Sales Operations in APAC, working with experienced Sales and Sales Operations teams to drive processes improvements and reporting enhancements. You will directly support the Channel Sales team and interact with both field and channel sellers daily. Additionally, this position has responsibility for influencing worldwide policy with respect to Channel Sales, ensuring that a consistent process is followed, resolving regional differences and the maintaining of data in SFDC.
