Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas Region, the Senior Manager Sales Initiatives and Communications will be responsible for developing, coordinating and leading execution of key strategic sales and marketing initiatives and communications plans and will act as a liaison and collaborator on interdepartmental initiatives across the Americas region. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable with shaping their role to drive the highest impact for the organization’s goals.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across regional and functional groups to execute strategic and organizational projects
  • Works with sales enablement to assure that sales programs are aligned to the organizations key initiatives and is responsible for ensuring they are successfully implemented
  • Acts as liaison back to CSO and CRO offices to provide input to key strategies that capture the America regions needs and assures programs link back to regional needs
  • Drives linkage between sales GTM and Corporate initiatives to build a cohesive plan
  • Provides oversight and guidance to critical strategic projects managed by other stakeholders
  • Acts as point of contact between the SVP and other stakeholders on critical initiatives
  • Serves as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
  • Drives communications program cadence and creates communications to ensure that SVP messaging aligns to company and organizations key business strategies
  • Responsible for developing the SVP level recognition program that aligns recognition to the key opportunities a recognition program should address and executing the program within the Americas
  • Acts as product marketing liaison representing the Americas regions needs to product and field marketing and initiates plans and feedback specific to sales objectives, identifying and sharing where product issues will impact sales efforts and ultimately results. Proactively provides this feedback to sales leadership and product teams.

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial; takes initiative to shape strategic goals of organization
  • Should be skilled in organization / coordination / project management, and excited about collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions
  • Highly competent at managing and coordinating with others; strong communications and writing skills
  • Experience working with a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills
  • Highly organized and careful attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a sales related role (direct sales, sales leadership, sales operations) preferred
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
