The Enterprise Data & Analytics team (EDNA) delivers products that enable insights & decisions across Equinix. These products span the full spectrum of our data ecosystem, including core elements of our enterprise data platform, reusable data models and semantic layers, decision-ready dashboards, and emerging AI-driven capabilities. As we scale, we are transforming these internal assets into unified, resilient, and intelligent products that elevate internal productivity and decision quality. We aspire to commercialize differentiated data and analytics offerings for our customers, making data essential to their digital transformation journey with Equinix.
We are looking for an adaptable & motivated product leader to support data insights & optimization programs in partnership with our Global Data center operations teams. This individual will work closely with senior leadership across complex stakeholder groups to analyse & identify opportunities to optimize day to day operational activities at Equinix scale.
Responsibilities
Drive roadmap of analytics products, Self-service data sets, APIs, and data science-based insights in alignment with business goals, and technology capabilities
Lead product delivery through agile methodologies
Manage and execute data analytic vision to promote business teams adopt data and use data for decision making
Drive continuous improvements of product features
Drive requirements, use cases, write user stories and perform functional testing
Drive clear communications across stakeholder groups
Perform Exploratory data analysis, statistical/hypothesis testing to identify, validate or invalidate correlations between key input and output variables
Work with ML engineering teams to deliver novel AI solutions that drive business results.
Translate complex requirements from cross functional stakeholders into simple and actionable user stories
Qualifications
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field or commensurate experience
5 years' experience in Product Management or Data Science, preferably within the data/analytics domain, either internal facing or both internal and customer facing products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven track record of building strong relationships with business stakeholders
Experience operating in a highly cross functional, multinational business ideally in the Data Center, Cloud, Telecommunications and/or IT industries
Dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a bias for action, rapid experimentation, and ability to break down complex problems and deliver novel solutions to address them
Skills
Analytical problem solver with the ability to work under pressure and multitask while leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communicator, able to simplify complexity and tailor messaging based on audience
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Ability to demonstrate ownership and proactively drive initiatives while meeting business deadlines
Ability to balance collaboration and driving alignment, while being decisive

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 177,000 - 265,000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 154,000 - 232,000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
