Responsibilities
Leads entire payroll processing
You review and establish payroll SOX controls
Develops vision for Payroll team Collaboration
You work collaboratively with internal and external customers to achieve business results
As a senior advisor, you provide direction to entry and intermediate team members to analyze and resolve complex problems
Coordinates with various departments for the monthly reporting of capacity trends, availability and accuracy of records for the site
Proposes changes System Management
Leads payroll software and upgrades
You are responsible for all audit related inquires, raising as needed and guiding the team in resolving inquiries
In partnership with HR and Global mobility you handle employee assignments
Utilizing your leadership skills, you lead and develop the payroll staff
Monitoring workload, you are able to redistribute tasks as required to meet deadlines
Directs liaison with outside vendors
Responsible for managing the vendor(s). This includes negotiating contracts, staying abreast of system improvements, and submitting enhancement requests
Guides employees on vendor management
Qualifications
10+ years experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
CPP certification preferred

For CO residents: In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for this role is $89,000 – $124,000 per year with 25% bonus target.
