Job Summary: Leads the development of the Global Mobility operating model, manages policy design,  process improvements, program solutions and the building of enhanced infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Project and Program Management

  • Leads and manages projects for Global Mobility & Immigration

  • Leads the development program solutions and the building of enhanced infrastructure

  • Assists Global Mobility Director with developing Global Mobility project deliverables

  • Leads Global Mobility program design for the business areas

  • Designs the framework for new programs as required

  • Embed, stabilize and managing (where required) cyclical activities e.g STBV, DAC6 reporting

Vendor Management

  • Maps and secures new vendors and vendor services in line with the needs of the Global Mobility & Immigration team

  • Actively manages and optimizes supplier performance

  • Troubleshoots for issues with any aspect of service delivery

  • Manages the contractual terms for services being provided

  • Manages and negotiates the fee terms expressed in the vendor contractual terms

Stakeholder Management

  • Works extensively with internal and external global stakeholders and likely to work with government/governance bodies to build effective relationships

Metrics

  • Builds and manages Global Mobility database and data flow in order to produce accurate metrics

  • Identifies and analyzes areas of improvement

Policy Design & Improvement

  • Writes new global policies and policy changes and ensures alignment across multiple policies

  • Collaborates with Mobility & Immigration Consultative Services Lead to align policies with evolving business requirements

Process Design & Improvement

  • Develops and leads implementation of global/regional processes and procedures

  • Ensures process adherence

  • Collaborates with Mobility & Immigration Consultative Services Lead to align proceses with evolving business requirements

Research

  • External Market research on trends, changes and regulatory changes as impacts global mobility & immigration (e.g. mobility trends, changes in relevant law, policy and practice)


Qualifications

             

  • 7+ years experience in Global Mobility & Immigration

  • Experience in leading projects and initiatives in the Global Mobility field

  • Experience in vendor procurement and being front facing in ensuring quality service is delivered

  • Experience in creating and maintaining Global Mobility & Immigration policies and processes

  • Experience in implementing new and adapted technology for Global Mobility & Immigration

  • Experienced in Global Mobility & immigration regulatory requirements and environment

  • Detailed orientated and analytical skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $113K - $155K with 25% bonus target.
