Job Summary: Plans and executes the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region and design, direct and implement the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain the Region as the employer of choice.
Manages and develops the TA team in the region driving strong delivery of a world class TA service to the business in line with the global strategy
Coaches and develops team
Manages team to work effectively, ensures workload is balances
Responsible for all employee decisions and activities including compensation, quarterly conversations, selection, performance counseling, coaching and development
Defines and implements the Talent Acquisition frameworks for the region
Offers oversight across the countries and ensures that policies and processes are in line with the overall Global Talent Acquisition strategy
Responsible for the delivery of high quality and cost effective Talent Acquisition solutions
Delivers highly proactive Talent Acquisition activity and service to the regional Leadership teams, working collaboratively to deliver positive change
Builds strong relationships with most senior leaders of the client group
Advises on the importance of the 7-Step Hiring Process and trains and guides hiring managers
Leads or supports a range of Talent Acquisition projects in accordance with the HR delivery plan, driving positive change in line with the strategic direction of the business
Leads the executive resourcing efforts to include In-house, direct sourcing recruitment team for Senior level hires, Market Mapping and research for succession gaps & risk roles, Management of Executive Search PSL, Manpower forecasting for Executive level roles
Plays a senior role in organizational development and change programs, leading deployment including delivery of Talent Acquisition
Owner of the regional Employer Value Proposition
Shows full understanding of the business strategy of the client group and defines resulting talent acquisition implications
Creates and validates the regional talent acquisition strategy
Accountable for metrics and KPIs across the region
10+ years experience preferred

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $113,000 - $155,000 per year with 25% bonus target.
