Job Summary

Manages and develops part of the team. Manages compensation projects/programs, training, and elements.

Responsibilities
People Management

  • Manages a portion or region within department

  • Manages the teams and develops and motivates team members

  • Manages team to work effectively and manages personnel details to include salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching and development


Strategy

  • Provides input to department strategy


Project/Program Management

  • Manages one or more key projects/programs, e.g. Annual cycle, Job Architecture


SME/Consulting

  • Recognized expert for core compensation elements (salary, AIP, RSUs) and other areas such as Job Architecture, market analysis, etc.


Training/Communications

  • Creates and delivers Manager training for key compensation elements and events


Team

  • May manage a small to medium size team


Qualifications

  • 15+ years experience preferred

  • Bachelor's preferred

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

  • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area:  $134,000 to $242,000

  • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state:  $128,000 to $231,000

  • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island:  $116,000 to $210,000

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

NON-SALES ROLES

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.

Company benefits for the U.S. are subject to eligibility requirements and include Medical, TeleMedicine, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D insurance, 401K, leave of absence and disability benefits, paid time off, holidays, and more.
