Job Summary: Equinix is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join our Information Security team and design and drive existing and new strategic programs and products. This team takes on complex, organization-wide security problems that require high-level of expertise, widespread support, and multi-year execution plans. In this role, you will work with global and cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical partners to analyze security needs, define requirements and value proposition, and craft full lifecycle programs that align with our cybersecurity strategy and deliver high value to internal customers. The ideal candidate will draw upon outstanding program management capabilities, critical thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and a passion for crafting security solutions. Gather and analyze customer and internal security team needs and opportunities for new information security programs, products and projects
Analyze alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility and viability
Identify and coordinate the interdependencies among programs, products and other critical initiatives across our organization
Define business requirements and develop roadmaps in alignment with the overall information security strategy
Define acceptance criteria for solutions, value proposition and milestones for execution; Validate prototypes with partners and iterate solutions as needed to deliver value
Analyze risks associated with programs and develop a risk mitigation plan
Provide strategic mentorship and direction to project managers; Oversee project planning and management
Communicate successfully with partners and drive accountability across teams to ensure program objectives are met
Communicate successfully within the project team and at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information
Track and provide reporting and measurements of program effectiveness and develop analysis and reports to senior management
Develop repeatable, scalable, efficient, and effective processes
Develop change management processes and communication
Develop and lead deployment plans and communication with partners
Forecast, track and manage program and project budgets
10+ years experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program or product management in Information Security preferred
Certification in SANS (GSLC), SANS (CISSP) and SANS (CISM) preferred
Experience crafting and executing Information Security programs, including capturing and redefining requirements into impactful work items
Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/KANBAN) and Atlassian tools (i.e., Confluence and Jira)
Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask efficiently
Proven track record of successful collaboration with internal and external partners
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Experience influencing others without having direct management authority and motivating them to successfully complete tasks within required timelines
Strong risk analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with partners.

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $113K - $155K per year with 25% bonus target.
