  • Support functional leads across Operations, Global Design and Construction including Renewable Energy teams, Procurement, Public Policy/Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs/Compliance, Marketing/PR, Community Impact, etc. to embed sustainability, set goals/commitments; market and message as appropriate.

  • Proactively identify and track policies related to ESG and serve as an SME to advocate for regulations in line with Equinix's sustainability vision, including our global commitment to become climate-neutral by 2030 and reach our Science-based Target (SBT) across Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance Equinix's reputation as a sustainability leader and coordinate buy-in across multiple teams to drive action.

  • Expected to serve and grow as a global expert on data center, real estate, and technology-related sustainability concepts – such as progress on climate targets, sustainability reporting, energy efficiency metrics, community relations etc.
