Job Summary
Directs the team and provides commercial management oversight across major expansion construction projects.
Responsibilities
Construction Projects
Directs others and leverages experience to unique construction project challenges by engaging with contractors and closely working with corporate development and planning team
Budget & Reporting
Provides guidance for regular audits and gap analysis is completed to ensure compliance with cost management standards
Procurement
Directs appropriate professional cost management controls and procedures
Contracts
Maintains contract policy standards
Identifies areas within contractual policies that have had recurring issues and recommends modifications to policy
Risk Management
Manages risk across multiples reports and makes strategic recommendations to avoid future risk
Collaboration
Drives regional coordination when developing strategies with corporate development, legal, regional management while managing key stakeholders
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience ideally in data center or mission critical system design and construction and costing
RCS Accreditation
Royal Institute Chartered Surveyor
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Chicago Office CHO1 : 150,000 - 224,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
