Responsibilities
Analyze requirements to determine appropriate solution designs considering capabilities, limitations, and design trade-offs
Understand complex business processes and data flows and make recommendations for optimization and improvement
Hands-on experience w/Openprise, Marketo and SFDC: system setup, configuration, development, administration, debugging and troubleshooting (OP Jobs, Smart/Trigger Campaigns, Programs, Assets, Integration configuration for connected apps, Lead, Contact Field Mgmt, Process Builder, etc)
End to end ownership across multiple cross-functional projects
Build productive relationships with a global IT team, including BSAs, developers & DBAs
Support the evaluation, design and architecture of the Marketing & Sales Technology Stack
Understand the full Lead lifecycle, and design solutions that interface with Openprise, SFDC, Terminus, Campaign Automation Tools, and data orchestration platforms
Drive a cross-functional and integrated approach to Marketing within Equinix
Translate business requirements into system solutions
Analyze and determine application and interface solutions
Design and develop complex reports as needed
Drive and execute functional design, testing, change management and end user acceptance for projects and enhancements as needed
Interface with relevant teams to support day-to-day systems and interfaces issues related to existing application solutions
Suggest best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation or simplification
May perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
7+ years’ experience in an admin, developer or Business Systems Analyst role supporting Openprise/Marketo and/or Salesforce
Current Marketo certifications plus
Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions
Deep understanding of Lead, Campaign and Account based Marketing processes
Good understanding of related business processes like lead conversion, sales lifecycle, contact management in order to support impact analysis and design for proposed solutions
Design and implementation experience with Marketo & Openprise
Experience with utilizing smart campaigns, programs, assets and debugging errors within Marketo
Experience with SFDC configuration, setup and administration a plus
Experience with Marketo & Salesforce platform integrations (inbound/outbound) using the REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Data Loader
Ability to document interfaces and data flows
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage confidentiality of information
Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology
