Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will join the Implementation Excellence team to drive operational effectiveness, process maturity, and execution discipline across implementation-related initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating operational needs into actionable requirements.
The position partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, IT, Operations, Sales, and Service Management—to deliver scalable, sustainable, and measurable solutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities, including process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution definition
- Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities; design practical future-state solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements
- Represent Implementation Excellence in product squads, ensuring implementation considerations are embedded across design, development, testing, and launch readiness
- Participate in agile ceremonies and product discussions, identifying risks, dependencies, and operational impacts
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to reduce post-launch issues, rework, and operational friction
- Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and test scenarios
- Support initiatives focused on standardization, automation, governance, productivity, customer experience, and scalability
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions across the organization
- Develop business cases, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, developers, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Support change management activities, including communication, training materials, readiness assessments, and post-implementation feedback
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in complex environments
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and operational improvement
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Agile practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience supporting product launches, implementation readiness, or process transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into recommendations
- Experience creating structured documentation such as business requirements, process flows, user stories, and executive presentations
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Power BI, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in implementation, service delivery, customer onboarding, or transformation programs
- Experience working within agile product squads or cross-functional teams
- Exposure to automation

- Hybrid work model: This position follows a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.
