Job Summary: In this fully remote opportunity, as a Senior Business Analyst for the Global Customer Care and Experience (GCCX) organization you will be an integral part of the agile team. You will collaborate cross-functionally and leverage analyses and data-driven approaches to gather details, answer business questions and facilitate decisions.

Responsibilities

Problem Solving/Assessment

  • Determines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of complex functional and/or cross-functional issues (sometimes with a high level of ambiguity)

  • Identifies process gaps and issues

  • Assesses impact of manual workarounds

  • Determines and utilizes appropriate methodology, including Lean Six Sigma where appropriate

  • Recommends alternative solutions, escalating to more senior members

  • Assesses priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteria

Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design

  • Obtains, creates and documents business requirements documents (BRDs) and user stories, engaging multiple cross-functional stakeholders

  • Prepares current and future state diagrams and manages cross-functional and cross-regional reviews of medium/high complexity

  • Works with the BSA and DEV team on solution design and development

  • Assesses solutions from multiple angles

  • Reviews functional design, working closely with BSAs and DEV teams to ensure solution meets requirements

  • Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas (may design or improve business processes using Lean Six Sigma)

Project Management

  • Creates and coordinates project plans and resources, executing them using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Works with cross-functional stakeholders to gain alignment through implementation and post-implementation stages

  • Communicates team progress

  • Creates scope, project charter and stakeholder analysis documents

  • Applies appropriate project management skills and best practices

  • Identifies and manages risks and issues

Stakeholder Management

  • Manages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions

  • Identifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communicates effectively

  • Escalates to resolve complex stakeholder issues

Testing

  • May perform user acceptance testing

  • May be responsible for ensuring User Acceptance Testing is fully planned and executed

  • Develops and assigns test cases

  • Identifies testing resources

Cost/Benefit Analysis and Monitoring

  • Analyzes pre and post implementation results

  • Evaluates and quantifies expected benefits vs. actual results

  • Provides post deployment analysis, monitoring, and control

Coaching and Mentoring

  • Provides necessary feedback, guidance and/or advice to junior team members and internal staff

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in related field preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Knowledge of Agile principles and practices

  • Lean Six Signa Yellow belt or preferred

  • Salesforce experience is highly desired

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $80,000 - $108,000 year with 15% bonus target.
