Job Summary
The AI Developer will design and implement intelligent solutions with a focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents. This role involves building context-aware systems powered by large language models (LLMs), integrating them into enterprise applications and enabling automation through multi-step agent workflows. Exposure to or interest in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus, helping extend AI capabilities across enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
Build and optimize RAG pipelines to deliver accurate, context-aware responses from enterprise data
Design and implement AI Agents capable of orchestrating tasks and integrating with APIs and services
Develop APIs to expose AI features, ensuring scalability and reliability
Work with vector databases (ex. Pinecone) for embedding and retrieval
Integrate AI services with enterprise systems, leveraging OIC where applicable
Follow best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong Python skills with experience in LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
Hands-on experience with RAG and vector databases
Knowledge of AI Agent orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph or similar)
Familiarity with cloud AI services (like AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Interest in or exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Must-Haves: Python/nodeJS, RAG pipelines, LLM frameworks, vector DBs, 2+ years of AI/ML experience
Nice-to-Haves: Multi-agent orchestration, MLOps practices, OIC knowledge/interest
