Responsibilities:

  • Configures orders in the system "as-designed" and ensure work order creation and fulfilment dates with little supervision

  • Works closely with Sales Engineer/Customer Service Manager to ensure accuracy of Customer Requirement Document or Design Package in Config Builder

  • Works on in-flight service order changes/requests as needed

  • Maintains the ability to work all Order Management configuration requests from their respective queue within established SLO's

  • Enforce the governance to adhere to various policies e.g. purchase order, product etc.

  • Responsible for small project work in addition to their primary responsibilities

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma

  • Proven experience of working as part of a successful team

  • Excellent time and priority management skills

  • Highly autonomous, have a can-do will-do attitude and extremely reliable

  • Have a sense for detail and know how to approach complex problems.

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills

  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel (including Excel pivot tables), PowerPoint

  • Fluency in English. If Japanese will be a plus to communicate with counterparts.

  • Siebel, Salesforce.com knowledge/experience is a plus
