The Revenue Systems and Data Senior Analyst will partner closely with Revenue Accounting team and Digital and Innovation Office (DIO) team to drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, scalable data products, and process automation. This role blends domain knowledge in revenue with strong data analytics and data science capabilities (e.g., statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization) to deliver measurable business impacts. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor, strong problem solving, and an ability to influence stakeholders through clear insights and training.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of key revenue analytics and reports, ensuring high data quality, strong controls, and thorough documentation.
- Lead UAT for system enhancements, translating business needs into measurable data results and managing test planning and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain executive dashboards and self-service analytics, defining KPIs and ensuring report accuracy.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and analytical datasets by integrating, transforming, and validating data for repeatable analytics and automation.
- Apply statistical methods to uncover revenue trends and anomalies, and present actionable insights with clear recommendations and impact analysis.
- Conduct ad hoc and in-depth analyses, presenting findings and options to management with clear recommendations.
- Serve as a global liaison between business and IT/data teams, leading requirements workshops and driving tool and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting information systems and revenue accounting principles and policies
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, or financial/revenue reporting and analytics, including ownership of complex, cross-functional deliverables.
- SQL skills and strong understanding of data structures required, for dimensional modeling, and data quality/controls.
- Proficiency in Python (or similar) is preferred for analysis and automation, along with working knowledge of analytical and statistical concepts, dashboard design, and performance optimization.
- Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders through clear data storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives end-to-end and prioritize multiple workstreams

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual
United States - Other posted locations not specifically listed : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto 1 Office : 73,000 - 109,000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
