Job Summary: Global Operations Enablement function is recruiting for a Junior Product Owner, a critical position, responsible for driving technology capabilities to enable our Data Center Technicians and Engineers to optimally at scale.
Identifying areas of opportunity, resolving, and driving a product solution through direct engagement with end-users, designers, and developers in an agile environment to ensure product-market fit and delivery of quality products within budget.
Applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of sophisticated, functional, and/or cross-functional problems with business implications (often sophisticated and with a high level of ambiguity)
Recommend areas of improvement that consider the needs of functional or multi-functional teams
Identifies process gaps and issues and recommends areas for improvement
Facilitates discussions and drives resolution where disagreement exists, advancing where vital
Partners with other product owners and collaborators as part of the Agile team to define the scope of the product and vision
Ideate and conducts research to develop a solution for the business problems
Interview and collaborate with users to author user stories, sketch wireframes/mockups, and partner with UX/UI design team to turn them into high fidelity mock-ups
Partner with technology teams to define and refine product backlog continuously
Assesses priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteria from multiple angles
Participate in project-related activities, including product training, documentation, and support
Run demos of the completed product feature/function
Identifies and proactively includes accurate stakeholders, communicates optimally, and handles expectations within and/or across functions.
Understands the partner's and collaborator needs and establishes effective relationships.
Drives alignment with stakeholders from problem identification through implementation and post-implementation monitoring
Leads and facilitates cross-functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritize efforts
Recommends alternative solutions, advancing where disagreements persist
Supports larger project plans and resources facilitate execution using appropriate tools and techniques
Drives alignment with partners from problem identification through implementation and post-implementation monitoring
Maintain management dashboard views of project status and achievements
Identifies and leads risks and issues
Reporting and Metrics
Ability to provide and lead eloquent reporting and analytics development
Track key performance metrics and suggest changes to improve their performance
Report Product and customer trends highlighting value and business insights
Recommend opportunities to improve existing reporting to enhance transparency into business
May lead user acceptance testing and ensure it is fully planned and carried out
Develops and assigns test cases, identifies testing resources, and assesses testing progress
Supports and handles feature deployments through the product life cycle
0 to 3 years experience preferred
Associate degree preferred
A steadfast problem solver and out of the box thinker in finding solutions

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $59K - $82K per year with 15% bonus target.
