Equinix is looking for a Product Manager to join our Information Security team and design and drive existing and new strategic products. This team takes on complex, organization-wide security problems that require high-level of expertise, widespread support, and multi-year execution plans. In this role, you will work with global and cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical partners to analyze security needs, facilitate process mapping, define requirements and value proposition, and craft products that align with our cybersecurity strategy and deliver high value to our customers. The ideal candidate will draw upon outstanding product management capabilities, critical thinking, problem-solving and social skills, and a passion for crafting security solutions. Gather and analyze customer and internal security team needs and opportunities for new information security products and services; Act on behalf of several partners and represent their needs during all phases of product development
Analyze alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility and viability
Define personas, business requirements, user workflows, and develop roadmaps in alignment with the overall information security strategy
Lead process mapping, process analysis and identification of root-causes of operating errors; Lead workshops with partners, synthesize information and develop maps
Define acceptance criteria for solutions, value proposition and milestones for execution; Validate prototypes with partners and iterate solutions as needed to deliver value
Analyze risks associated with products and develop a risk mitigation plan
Communicate successfully within the project team and at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with critical information
Track and provide reporting and measurements of product development progress and develop analysis and reports to senior management
Develop change management processes and communication
Develop and lead deployment plans, training, support process and communication with partners
Develop repeatable, scalable processes for new product development
7+ years experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical product management. Information Security experience is a plus
Successful track record of launching new technology products from design through iteration, launch and ongoing support and improvements
A minimum of 2 years of experience leading process mapping activities including development of process maps and analysis.
Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/KANBAN) and Atlassian tools (i.e., Confluence and Jira)
Ability to prioritize
Consistent track record of successful collaboration with internal and external partners
Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills
Experience influencing others without having direct management authority and motivating them to successfully complete tasks within required timelines
Strong risk analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with partners.

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $98,000 –$132,000 per year with 20% bonus target.
