Payroll Specialist

What you will be doing

· Reviews data feeds from the HRSS team

· Ensures all employees are set up in payroll system

· Answers complex employee payroll inquires, escalating as needed

· Analysis of imports from Vendors and review of Specialist entries for accuracy

· Collaborates with various teams to identify any payroll issues

· Answers complex payroll questions from cross-functional departments

· Reviews results and makes corrections to the system, acting as a resource to more junior members

· Reviews and creates payroll file for transmission to vendor

· Responsible for managing the vendor(s) supporting. This includes negotiating contracts, staying abreast of system enhancements, submitting enhancement requests

What you should have

· 2+ years experience preferred
· Bachelor's preferred
· Advanced English
