A Partner sales Manager will manage and grow the partner ecosystem at a Regional level, build and execute a regional channel strategy aimed at driving enterprise market adoption of integrated Equinix/Partner solutions to achieve channel/company growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage the complete regional partner eco system including Cloud and technology vendors, (G)SI’s, Var’s and NSP’s
Grow the overall channel contribution to the country’s performance;
Identify, recruit and manage strategic partners;
Responsible for GTM Preparation: collateral and messaging, JVP content, use cases, partner enablement;
Responsible for GTM Execution: pipeline development, sales targets, sales plan, deal management, Day 2 support, billing and ordering support;
Coordinates the development and approval of channel Marketing Plans, targets, strategies, activities, and co-marketing investments to support Channel Partner Business Plan
Participates in Global Joint Business Planning
Strong focus on Cross-Functional Collaboration - Engages partner and Equinix cross-functional teams for technical positioning, alignment, packaging and sales of joint value propositions;
performance, including sales, operations, and marketing, as established in Partner Business Plan
Expertly articulates business value of joint value proposition with Equinix
