Job Summary: The Partner Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for working closely with Partners to create highly targeted marketing campaigns that articulate our combined ‘better together’ value to the market in pursuit of new customer logos. This role also works with cross-function teams within Equinix including Alliances, Field Marketing, and Program Marketing teams integrating partners into direct demand generation plans to help fuel partner enabled bookings growth. Additionally, this role will be responsible for working with global partner marketing organizations overseeing the development and execution of Partner marketing plans in their region in support of driving brand preference with partner sellers and driving demand generation. The role will work alongside a talented group of partner marketers who are consistently recognized for their marketing excellence and demonstration of Equinix values.
Drive seller preference: Embed Equinix within partner marketing organizations to drive awareness and preference for Equinix within the partner’s organization.
Account based marketing planning: Work with partners to identify the highest propensity prospects and verticals to target and build corresponding joint pursuit plans supporting "thru," and "with" motions.
Marketing Execution: Together with focus partners, launch and run integrated digital marketing campaigns. Optimize execution on every activity for maximum ROI.
Marketing Mix: Test and try new marketing tactics that drive preference with sellers and demand generation with end users including tactics such as emails, content syndication, social, digital, PR, and virtual and in-person events.
Marketing Content: Assist partners with writing and creating partner joint value propositions, sales enablement & customer content. Work cross-functionally with technical organizations, agencies, and analyst firms to create marketing content such as solutions briefs, data sheets, whitepapers, eBooks, blogs, web content and more in support of the marketing plan.
Liaise with Corporate Marketing teams: Work closely with the Global Partner Engagement team, PR, Social Media, Creative Services, Product Marketing teams to leverage their programs with target partners.
Champion tools: Proactively promote adoption of tools such as Equinix’s Partner Central Portal, Marketing Demand Center (self-service marketing), Partner Directory and Marketplace to partners.
Align with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with local Partner Sales & Technical team members to understand their account objectives and align on marketing activities.
Budget Management: Manage marketing funds and budget.
Reporting: Track and report on activities on a quarterly basis including results, budget, leads and bookings.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
10+ years partner experience at a technology company is highly preferredt

Great at relationship building: With lots of cross functional stakeholders to engage with, strengths in proactively building relationships is a must
Effective Communicator and Collaborator: Comfortable working in matrix environments; quickly builds trust with remote teams and works to ensure others’ success
Work Style: Self-starter, inspires others around them, can lead several initiatives at once, detail oriented, agile, brilliant communicator, strong collaborator
