Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training – ensure that our partners are able to effectively position and sell Equinix solutions/products. Ensure partners to leverage “Partner Central” to get the resources and get them fully understand the Partner Central Program.

Pipeline Growth and Management – Identify, in conjunction with Equinix partners, new sales opportunities. Ensure our partners, Equinix Sales reps and management are working together in sales process, lead generation, registering opportunities, accurately forecast bookings and tracking to required bookings goals established by the partner’s tier.

Marketing and demand generation – Leverage Equinix marketing funds to drive demand generation activities that generate the highest possible return on investment.

Account Mapping – Drive regular cadence of account mapping sessions with partners and the Equinix Sales team responsible for driving New Logos and new opportunities in existing accounts

Work with Equinix internal resources – Influence and obtain sponsorship from internal Equinix groups to support programs at partners to drive incremental business opportunities for Equinix and the partner

Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Min. 8 years of Channel Sales Experience in the IT, Software, Networking or Data Centre industry.
  • Experience in working in a Matrix managed organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data center or data center products and hosting
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills
  • Experience in presenting at Industry events
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
