Operations Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
Supports the  compliance and  Operations by maintaining certifications through strong process  , delivery of projects/programs and develops knowledge.
 

Responsibilities:

Planning

• Creates and maintain plans for  themselves or given the tasks to document in a plan for wider groups or people

Stakeholder Management

• Awareness of immediate key stakeholders, and with guidance able to identify the needs of stakeholders

Communications

• Provides personal task and progress updates within their team or project
• Represents the company in internal or external audits and serves as contact person for official inquiries or necessary clarifications in the field of Health and safety and environment

Risk Management

• Is aware of risk management and his able to create, document,  present and demonstrate an understanding of preventative action to minimize risks

Project/Program Delivery

• Supports the delivery of projects/programs by delivering tasks required of them
• Implement and maintain action plans that lead to continuous improvement in health and safety for our swiss sites

Resource Management (people, finances etc.)

• Develops knowledge of Resource Management by assisting others in tracking and maintaining project resources and timesheets
• Collate feedback from more senior colleagues related to tools and template which will drive learning and development
• Maintain certification in place and related works

Communicates with customers on pre-defined landmarks

•  Has a strong technical knowledge of designated products/processes
•  Daily work and handles escalations without close mentorship from a leader/manager
•  Resolves issues with autonomy together with hiring manager

What we are looking for :

• Working experience with the ISO 45001 health and safety standard close guidance from leader/manager and ISO14001 environment management standard  or willing to learn it with internal support (A good technical understanding is a basic requirement for these)

• Knowledge of law related to work

• Have experience with security certifications such as ISO27001 and PCI-DSS
