Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the supplier contracts, ensuring quality services, value for money and innovative service is provided.
Developing a relationship with vendors and local teams in addition to contributing to the development and success of CRE by supporting the management team through business development and operational activities.
Coordinating the delivery of complex project works, including moves and new office go lives
Preparing, handling and reviewing business continuity plans and actively participating in our H&S and Compliance programs.
Carry out monthly GRA (General Risks assessments), documenting and dealing with all issues raised.
Raising purchase orders and receipts invoices on Equinix financial systems COUPA
Collaborating closely with the facilities service providers, including hospitality, maintenance, cleaning and vending to ensure the overall service is timely and detailed.
Ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level by providing a high-quality and proactive service.
Leading the PPMs and reactive maintenance.
Informing and meeting the stakeholders as required.
Providing effective and accurate communication relevant information and business communications.
Communicating ideas for improving business processes with a positive and constructive demeanor and for maintaining this attitude with others.
Ensuring that complaints are dealt with efficiently and communicated accordingly.
Performing other reasonable tasks and duties requested by line management.
Managing and developing reception staff
Performing hands-on operational tasks - meeting room set up, distribution of fruit, mailroom duties and etc.
About You
Similar experience gained within a corporate office environment. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. You are fluent in German and have a good understanding of English both verbally and in writing.
You are digitally savvy and an expert user of MS Office software. You have experience in facilities management and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Equinix has to offer.
