Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include managing recruitment efforts to hire interns and New to Career talent, organizing and attending events, program and project management as well as social marketing efforts.
In this role, you will:
Partner with the business functions to hire new to career talent. The position will entail sourcing, screening, assessing, recruitment end to end, partnering closely with client service team and the business.
Partner with your University partners inclusive of building relationships with the career placement center, faculty, staff, and student organizations to ensure most success through recruitment and program efforts.
Plan and execute recruiting and program events
Guide and assist hiring managers and interns throughout their internship experience up to offboarding, extension and conversion
Execute the global Intern Program strategy within your region
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and events
Support the build of our Global NTC Program and change management activities
Vendor Management
Responsible for managing the vendor(s) supporting Talent Acquisition solutions for your program (i.e. digital interviewing, recruitment marketing, job boards, social media, job boards, employee advocacy platform). This includes negotiating contracts, staying abreast of system enhancements, submitting enhancement requests
Program Management
Responsible for the design and build of one (or more) Talent Acquisition solution(s). This includes the selection of vendors, designing the solution and the successful implementation and adoption of the program (i.e. Digital Interviewing, Employee Referral, Talent Brand Management)
Identifies success measures and partners with the TA team and other stakeholders to ensure the success measures are met
Runs regular reports for program(s) to measure progress and constantly seeks opportunities to improve the program
Leads the training, communication and continuous adoption efforts
Process Support/Optimization
Provides regional support, offers assistance to hiring managers, recruiters and candidates on basic and more complex systems escalations (ATS, Digital Interviewing, Employee Advocacy)
Partners with HRIS on researching and resolving TA related systems issues
Partners closely with recruiters on process and/or recruitment marketing questions
Plays an active role in driving change management for new initiatives that impact TA
Responsible for driving data integrity and recommending and participating in implementation of on-going process and systems improvements
Partners closely with recruiters to ensure that programs are adopted, processes are followed and talent acquisition tools are used - through education, advisement and availability of tools
Identifies program challenges and proposes solutions that improve the candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience
Provide creative services such as collateral design and production, content creation and writing copy for various activities and materials.
SME/Consulting on Cross-Functional Projects
Acts as a TA advisor on broader and cross-functional project teams
Offers guidance and pulls in additional Talent Acquisition SMEs as needed
Audit and Compliance (Operations)
Conducts regular regional internal audits and follows up on potential issues or gaps with regional TA team to resolve
Supports requests for external audits and runs regular TA reports
Qualifications
3+ years preferred, 5+ years highly preferred
Experienced in building recruiting strategies that yield diverse pipelines of qualified technical candidates
You are self-motivated and directed; with a solid ability to collaborate while you are comfortable autonomously working independently
Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ideal experience includes in-house recruiting experience and ability to utilize a social process
The role requires occasional international travel and working within global time zones
