Job Summary

The Operations Experience Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the professional digital outputs of the Critical Asset Management (CAM) team. This role ensures CAM’s advisory work is consumable, impactful, and positioned as a trusted enterprise advisory function by creating executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and communication assets. The role acts as the digital experience architect for CAM’s “brand,” translating technical and financial insights into intuitive PowerPoint, Power BI, and dashboard experiences. It also partners with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications teams to ensure CAM’s advisory is effectively messaged, adopted, and visible across the enterprise.

Responsibilities 

The Operations Experience Manager elevates the profile and influence of the CAM team by shaping how insights are consumed across the enterprise. This individual contributor role blends design thinking, digital storytelling, and change management to ensure CAM’s outputs are not only accurate but also engaging and actionable. By engaging with stakeholders, the role determines preferred consumption methods and tailors advisory views to maximize clarity, impact, and adoption.

 

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of CAM’s digital outputs, including dashboards, executive presentations, and visualization tools.

  • Translate complex technical and financial insights into visually compelling, easy-to-understand formats.

  • Define and maintain CAM’s visual identity and advisory “brand” across the enterprise.

 

Planning, Delivery, and Execution

  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, and other platforms.

  • Build executive-ready PowerPoint deliverables that showcase CAM’s advisory work.

  • Partner with the Organizational Change Management team to design communication strategies and tactical rollout plans for CAM initiatives.

  • Develop templates, standards, and reusable assets to ensure consistent digital delivery.

 

Relationship and Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders to understand how CAM outputs will be consumed.

  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams to align content with business needs.

  • Collaborate with OCM and Communications teams to ensure CAM insights are effectively socialized across the enterprise.

  • Elevate CAM’s profile by positioning its outputs as essential to executive decision-making.

 

Managerial Excellence

  • Individual contributor role that operates as CAM’s digital and communications specialist.

  • Acts as a peer leader in digital view development, change management, and storytelling.

  • Ensures all CAM outputs reflect professionalism, clarity, and enterprise-grade quality

Qualifications:

  • Digital Visualization & Design: 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, digital visualization, or corporate communications within mission-critical environments.

  • Communication & Storytelling: Proven ability to transform technical and financial data into compelling, executive-ready presentations and dashboards.

  • Organizational Change Management: Experience partnering with OCM or Communications teams to influence adoption and engagement across diverse audiences.

  • Strategic Thinking & Collaboration: Strong track record of elevating organizational brand and presence through innovative digital outputs while working cross-functionally.

  • Execution Excellence: Ability to deliver high-quality, visually engaging content under tight timelines and evolving priorities.

  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Business, or Technology; certifications in UI/UX, digital design tools, or OCM methodologies preferred.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 99,000 - 149,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
