Job Summary

The APAC Manager of the Power Price Increase Team is responsible for the management of two analysts based in the APAC timezone and reports into the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement for Global Billing Credit Collection (GBCC).

Responsibilities

Team Management

Responsible for the APAC Power Price Adjustment (PPA) analyst's day-to-day management. Including (but not limited to):

  • Work with Senior Management to develop Objectives and Service Level Objective for analysts

  • Help prioritise workload across the team

  • Act as an escalation point for internal and external customers

  • Join escalation calls with customers where required

  • Team Meetings

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Works extensively with GBCC Management Team

  • Has multiple communication and engagement responsibilities within GBCC teams and stakeholders

  • Manages other internal stakeholder engagement and communications with respect to project and program status

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provides reporting and insights into status of project

  • Works with GBCC Leadership to ensure accuracy and consistency of inputs into reporting

  • Assesses and tracks any external projects that may impact the PPA project

  • Uses reporting and insights to develop and prioritise any future improvements to the PPA process

  • Helps develop and create process documentation related to the PPA process

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with 8 years of working experience

  • Strong understanding of end to end quote / order to billing processes

  • Experience of supervising or managing people

  • Experience of problem identification and quantification within policy, process, systems and behaviours

  • Experience of working with cross functional teams to eliminate process errors and improve billing accuracy
