Job Summary
Join our network transformation office and help shape the future of Equinix. If you are passionate about growth and change, this is an exciting opportunity to help assess, manage and execute high profile transformation initiatives related to Equinix network strategy.
You will partner across Global Network & Infrastructure Operations and with key senior leadership in all areas of the business while driving changes to how we operate. This lead is responsible for delivery of large scale cross functional transformation programs and will build strategic relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing on a series of transformation projects utilizing experience in Agile, (Net)DevOps, and Lean methodologies. You will create, manage, and lead cross-functional programs, drive stakeholder alignment, identify & mitigate risks and issues. The BA lead will help assess priorities, recommend alternative solutions and discussions with stakeholders at all levels. Analysis of pre/post implementation results, budgeting, reporting and analysis activities also will be required. The role offers the opportunity for development and exposure, from transformation leadership, coaching & mentoring, stakeholder management, execution, and delivery. The Business Analysis Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing change for multiple phases of the network lifecycle, including identifying the skills required for opportunities, financial models, risk analysis, and integration. You will lead complex cross-functional programs and projects strategic to the business and participate in business-wide best practice forums to drive agile practice excellence across the business.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will utilize expertise to drive and execute agile programs, problem solve, recommend improvements, coach, and lead transformation of the global network. Responsibilities include:
Determine and apply appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of complex, functional and/or cross-functional projects (often complex or with a high level of ambiguity)
Provide recommendations that consider the needs of cross functional teams
Identify dependencies, gaps, & issues and recommends areas for improvement
Drive adoption of Agile, (Net)DevOps, & Lean/Six Sigma best practices as appropriate.
Create, manage, and lead program plans and resources, executing them using Agile tools, techniques, and methodologies
Drive alignment with stakeholders from problem identification through implementation and post-implementation
Identify and manage risks and issues, recommending suitable mitigation plans
Analyze pre & post-implementation results and proposes recommendations for improvement
Assess priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteria and business value
Support in driving consistency and alignment across different functional teams
Manage stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions
Identify and proactively include correct stakeholders and communicate effectively
Understands stakeholder needs and builds effective relationships
Qualifications
5-10+ years experience executing Agile project/program management
SCRUM/PMI/Prince2 Practitioner certification or equivalent
Ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems
Strong interpersonal skills
Presentation and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-complexity programs
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $106,000 to $188,000
California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $98,000 to $175,000
Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $89,000 to $159,000
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
