Technology Initiative Planning and Execution – Agile and Hybrid
Scopes and plans for large and complex technology initiatives
Identifies resources and form initiatives team, and obtains resource commitment from line managers
Selects and applies initiatives methodology to initiatives, educates team members, and enforces processes in Scrum, SAFe and Bi-Modal Practices
Presents initiatives effort estimation and acquire initiatives budget
Conducts initiatives review meetings with directors and VPs
Assists in implementation of large program process changes across departments
Assists and operationalizes program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Introduces teamwork concepts and foster a healthy teamwork environment
Plans for long-term program resources
Defines and documents roles and responsibilities when needed
Stakeholder Management and Communications
Builds relationships with peers and leadership
Communicates major initiatives/program scope, schedule, resource, and budget changes through established initiatives reporting cadence
Able to effectively identify appropriate stakeholders
Builds and maintains effective working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
Manage and / or escalate issues and risks as appropriate
Sets and influences stakeholder expectations related to technology initiatives
Responsible for transparent communication to stakeholders related to technology initiatives
Participates in monthly operational reviews of operational performance and roadmap status
Executes against operational KPIs
People Management / Regional Leadership
Accountable for the performance and results of direct reports
Responsible for talent development, career development conversations
Manages team of local technology professionals in a given country/region and executes against approved initiatives
Partners with global technology owners and regional stakeholders, to implement and maintain global technology standards
Manages relationships with regional/functional stakeholders
Defines, presents and obtains leadership approval for local execution strategy, aligned to global standards

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Technical or related field. MIS Preferred.
10+ Years of experience in technical program management, with 5+ years in people management and Agile at scale implementation.
Ability to work in cross-functional, matrix environment to align and deliver to agreed upon outcomes without direct authority
Experience working with MS Office, Agile and Portfolio Management toolsets
Expertise in creating KPIs (Leading and Lagging) to demonstrate proficiency of practice in Agile and Hybrid environments
Expertise in delivering large, complex initiatives using agile at scale
Proficiency in leading Scrum Leaders, Technical Program Managers in Agile as a coach
Ability to drive improvement cycles in practice and tools through data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels including executives, customers, managers, and subject matter experts
Good financial acumen to develop, track and communicate Program finances
Project Management (PMP) or Scrum -Agile, SAFe -RTE or other advanced certifications in Agile
Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously
Will require flexible working hours to interact with IT or Business stakeholders in different time zones
Intermediate level expertise with Jira and Confluence highly desirable for reporting and initiative management.
