Opportunity – Regional Sales Operations Internship

Sales Operations is responsible for managing the metrics and the tools of the sales force.  We measure sales pipeline, sales forecasts and actual bookings.  Connected with this we manage the targets for the teams and the individuals.  We also manage the tools that support this (SFDC, Siebel, Tableau, Clari and others) and the publication of results and performance analyses. 

The department also manages the Sales Incentive Plan and all commissions and bonuses for sales people, as well as the related tools and processes.

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):  

·         Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies (Graduation between December 2023-September 2024)  

·         Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between May to September, depending on your school system)   

·         Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment   

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English  

Key Job Tasks

·         Online Tools Data Validation

a.        Create and Validate data in different online tools

b.       Report any anomalies or bugs so actions can be taken to fix those

·         Report Automation – Provide fresh ideas and expertise on automation in visual basic. Understand the report requirements and identify ways to streamline report production process.

·         Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others  

·         Advanced Excel skills is preferred

·         Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to pick up new software packages like Tableau and Salesforce
