Equinix Metal is looking for an experienced Integrations Engineer to join its team. As a Integrations Engineer you will work alongside our current Integrations Engineer to create integrations for 3rd-party tools, products and services with the Equinix Metal product portfolio.
Code, test and document integrations.
Work with 3rd-party developers to understand how best to create the integrations.
Create and manage roadmaps for integrations.
Develop new integrations and features.
Manage integration lifecycle including creating releases, changelogs and EOL pathways as needed.
Engage with other Subject Matter Experts from across the organization to ensure relevant technical viewpoints are considered.
Engage with stakeholders from across the organization to ensure Integration work is prioritized according to need.
Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to understand new features and update integrations as needed.
Give feedback on the API and product feature design that is done in product teams.
Engage proactively with product teams during the lifecycle of new features they are creating.
Manage publishing and updating of Integration documentation on the repos and in how-to guides.
Triage and manage timely bug fixes on integrations.
Collaborate with colleagues across the Equinix Metal team and the broader Equinix organization.
Deliver integration updates on time and at the expected quality to make sure users have a good experience with integrations as new product releases are announced.
Automate processes where useful to ensure quality and efficiency.
Experience in a wide range of cloud native tech and languages.
Ability to pick up new things quickly.

5+ years of experience with cloud native technologies and languages such as GoLang.
Advantageous to have relevant experience in hardware, IaaS, or SRE concerns.
Proficient in using GitHub, CI and other common tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and help guide other authors as needed, setting stakeholder expectations, prioritizing your own work, and working individually and collaborating across teams.
Experience managing own workload and projects involving other staff members.
Ability to explore new technologies independently.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines.
Ability to work independently and manage your own projects with stakeholders outside of your immediate team.

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $96,000 - $130,000 per year with 15% bonus target.
