Job Summary:
Acquires job skills to resolve routine tasks requiring limited judgement. Focus is on routine tasks, using limited judgement of standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team.
Responsibilities
· Supports the team with coordinating small to medium deliveries and resolving basic shipping or receiving issues; keeping records/logs of all materials.
· Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
· Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
· Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
· Works under close supervision.
Documentation & System Updates
· Coordinates speedy and efficient delivery of goods to the required destination and obtains sign-off for receipt.
· Informs recipients that goods ordered have been delivered.
Shipping & Receiving
· Maintains records of materials received and Shipped, within a limited scope.
· Receives goods delivered to the IBX either directly or following acceptance by security.
· Enters all relevant details of all inbound/outbound shipments and ensures order requirements are fulfilled.
· Uses shipment spotlight and shipment dashboard for customers inbound/outbound shipments.
· Inspects received goods and identifies potentially unsatisfactory items.
Problem Solving
· Proactively works and communicates with internal/external customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
· Assists with basic resolving shipping and receiving issues.
Inventory Management
N/A
Hazardous Materials
· Assists with handling and storage of hazardous materials.
· Follows routine hazardous materials protocols, as described by regional regulatory bodies under close supervision.
Equipment
· Tracks stored and/or abandoned equipment.
IBX Support
· Assists with delivering removal/disposal of customers equipment from cages under close supervision.

Typical Degree & Years of Experience
· Typically requires a high school diploma and 1 year of equivalent work experience.
· Regional hazardous materials certification preferred
