Responsibilities: Talent Management
Analyze country-specific learning and development needs
Partner with country HR and functional leads to adapt and roll out global leadership and learning programs
Provide country-specific reporting and analytics for talent management programs - report program completion, satisfaction and impact metrics, provide insights from analytics and develop recommendations
Coordinate and facilitate training and team effectiveness sessions for managers and employees
Provide feedback to talent management team to update programs in order to remain relevant
Change Management
Develop and manage change, communications, and learning collateral (stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, training materials, etc.) for multiple projects
Develop and execute change management efforts, in partnership with other HR colleagues, and business leaders as needed
Use expertise in change management to support a culture that optimizes the passion and potential of Equinix’s employees
Support global HR and function business leaders to diagnose issues and develop solutions to improve effectiveness
Provide change management consultation and support for multiple change initiatives
Monitor change management success measures
Oversee project-specific change management workstream(s) and potentially define and manage change teams made up of business resources impacted by project scope
Pull together focus groups and/or surveys to gather input on behalf of a project team and develop strategic and tactical response plans
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of change management, process & organizational design approaches
Knowledge of talent management and instructional design principles and practices
Ability to analyze data to deliver insights
Facilitation skills up to senior manager level
Excellent written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to work on multiple projects
Experience:
5+ years’ experience preferred
Degree in Human Resources or related business studies preferred
Strong experience developing and delivering talent and change management solutions
Regional collaboration and communication experience particularly within a matrixed organization
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic organization with the ability to execute on changing priorities
