You will be the main resource for people managers in addressing employment relations issues and performance management matters and will handle and deliver on a variety of business critical employee related programs and services.

Responsibilities
The HR Business Advisor role is the primary point of HR contact for the local leadership team, managers and employees to support the business, partnering with regional and global management, HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
(1) Employee Relations
Assess, diagnose, and coach managers and employees through complex employee relations and performance management issues; coach and develop managers resulting in their improved understanding and ability to prevent and/or manage future issues
Manages and resolves misconduct / disciplinary / grievance cases, including conducting workplace investigations
(2) HR Operations
Execute and implement HR programs and initiatives, support organizational transformation workstreams
Understand and provide advice on the local regulatory employment environment and country compliance requirements, ensure compliance with internal and external local regulatory requirements.
Provides insights on local environment, HR insights and activity awareness
Delivers rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions to guide decision making for supported business unit/country or region
Uses people 'placemats' to engage with local managers on their people - reviewing people analytics & providing insights
(3) Coaching and Development of Managers
Proactively coaches managers in team effectiveness, workforce planning, and management development
Advise, coach, and guide people managers in fair employment HR practice
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related business studies
6+ years of HR working experience in an MNC with proven track record in HR Generalist experience, including a demonstrated ability to deliver the key responsibilities of the role as described above
Strong analytical skills required to identify HR-related trends within the business via metrics and other analytical tools, in order to make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation. Pays attention to details and processes.
Strong employment relations experience leading various degrees of complexity in employee relations issues
Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnership with internal clients and HR partners at the local, regional and global level
Ability to lead and make decisions independently is expected
Confident, independent, dynamic, proactive, people and results-oriented personality with excellent communication, writing and interpersonal and influencing skills
Creative thinker and problem solver, strong multi-tasking skill and be able to work under pressure.
